Now, they are telling me that they need me to bring the furniture to the Denton location and store will send to repair department. Store emailed me my signed forms and it clearly states that if it is a "manufacture defect", I need to bring to store. This is not a manufacture defect 2.5 years later. And how would they know since they have not seen couch? Why would I purchase a warranty that did not include delivery since I do not have a way to transport couch? DO NOT purchase furniture and especially pay extra for warranty.

Coverage is to the original consumer purchaser only and does not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential users. HZ will pay the costs of labor to repair or replace defective parts for one year from the date of the original purchase as long as suppliers’ parts are available. Furniture is poor quality and warranty is even worse.

I agree to uslocalsearch.info Terms & Conditions, including to not write false reviews, which is in many cases against the law. I recently had numerous problems with a living room set I purchased last year, lets say the workmanship and material used was sub par. I was told at time of purchase that there was a year warranty and unfortunately I was forced to utilize that option.
I personally visited all major furniture stores last two months. I almost become an expert about knowing who sells what and which price range. Our experience with Home Zone was very good. They will screw you out of money, time, and your furniture. We bought a couch on February 15 and still have yet to receive it. The company could care less about customer service and what their customer needs are.

Always leave in an upright and closed position and keep hands and feet clear of mechanism. At Home Zone Furniture you never have to worry about paying too much. If you find the exact same item at another Denton retailer for less we will meet that price. In addition, we even guarantee against ourselves. Every thing at Home Zone Furniture is designed to make it easy to buy your new furniture and home furnishings. Delivery is available as a "drop off" in the carton or "completely installed and set up".
Your manager Kenneth was very helpful to me as well cautious to protect Home Zones interests. Once he made sure that the problem did in fact exist and was caused by poor quality materials and or workmanship he fulfilled the warranty. No refunds are issued after 7 days from the initial layaway except as provided above. A layaway account is considered delinquent if more than 30 days pass without a payment being made. After 90 days all delinquent layaway accounts will be canceled and any payments made on the account will be converted to store credit. Merchandise will not be removed from active inventory until the final payment on that specific sale has been made.
Dawn greeted us, and walked us through the entire process. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even sent a quote with me when I wanted to shop around. Home zone offered the best deal, and because of Dawn, we will go back. Bought what we wanted at a very good price.
Family owned & operated, Home Zone Furniture founder Bree Barber began by selling furniture to other furniture stores. Let me begin by saying we have furnished our entire 4350 sf home with Home Zone products, each bedroom, living room, sun room, and now our new media room. That being said, we have had most of our items delivered to our home via your company. We've never had a complaint, but today was just extra special. Abraham at Sherman, Tx Home Zone furniture has an amazing personality & customer service.
You will find a wide selection of mattresses and boxsprings in stock. The Home Zone management team is committed to keeping merchandise in stock. They purchase in large quantites directly from the manufacturer. We look forward to doing more business with your company. Do not allow children to play on mechanized furniture or operate the mechanism. Leg rest folds down on closing so that a child could possibly be injured.
I bought a new living room set from them about a year ago. My couch was broken after just 6 months of having it. When I turned it over to find the problem, I found that the whole main support beam had busted. Through a little handy work, We got it to hold up for a few more months.
All cushioning will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user; this should be considered normal wear and not as a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect. Labor, shipping and handling charges are covered for one year from the date of original purchase. Home Zone Furniture offers Extended Warranty Plans for Leather and Fabric furniture. Home Zone Furniture is dedicated to a satisfying and positive experience with your furniture purchase. Be sure to read some of our customer letters. Whether it is one piece, one room or an entire home, they will deliver for one low rate of $50 for drop off or $99 for complete setup and installation.
All we want is our items to work they way they are supposed to. We paid for the delivery to get the merchandise but had to take the chairs back ourselves for them to send them off. I dont see the Sherman store as being very customer service friendly. We still need the sofa built in recliners fixed also. They had no problem taking our money to buy everything.

At $1800, you hope for a certain amount of delicate attention displayed when moving this monstrous 4 piece set into your home. From the time of arrival to departure, these guys were exceptional. It's not often that you encounter movers, especially in the heat, that are in such high spirits. I was so impressed with their work ethic that I wanted to share with you how great they were.
